FEES

Marsworth Preschool is a registered charity and is totally self-supporting. Whilst we aim to cover such items as rent and basic running costs from the fees, most of the time they only just cover costs. To meet additional costs we suggest a voluntary £15 contribution per half term, which is attached to your invoice. This is non-obligatory, but does mean less fund raising is needed.

The current fees per session are:

For all children 2 years & over

Breakfast Club £6 or £3 to use our early drop-off facility.

Morning £16.50 (3 hours x £5.50 per hour)

Lunch Club £3 but ONLY if just using the morning session

Afternoon £16.50 (3 hours x £5.50 per hour) Lunch will be included in this session.

Weekly cost of snacks £1

All fees are payable half-termly in advance by the end of the first week of the half term.

FUNDING

All children aged 3-5 years are entitled to 15 hours per week government funding, i.e five educational sessions per week are free.

Children become eligible for this the term after their 3rd birthday.

Breakfast Club can be used within funded hours but there will be a small charge for consumables. Early drop-off facility is not available to be used within funded hours.

Any sessions in addition to the five funded (free) sessions will be charged at  £16.50 per session.

A child whose 3rd birthday falls between:

1 April – 31 August inclusive, is eligible for funding from 1 September or from the start of the Autumn term.

1 September – 31 December inclusive, is eligible for funding from 1 January or from the start of the Spring term.

1 January – 31 March inclusive, is eligible for funding from 1 April or from the start of the Summer term.

Other funding may be available. This includes Early Educational Funding (EEF) for two year olds, and Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP). Please ask a member of staff for more information.
